ROOTS TO RESULTS ACADEMY AGREEMENT
Roots to Results Academy Agreement
This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your enrollment and participation in the Roots to Results Academy (“Academy”), provided by Hovis Ventures, LLC. By completing your purchase through the Company’s online checkout system and accessing the Academy materials, you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
Terms of Enrollment
By visiting and using the Academy Portal/Membership Site (“Site”), Client agrees that access to and use of all Academy materials is governed by the terms and conditions below.
Enrollment in the Roots to Results Academy includes access to course curriculum only. Coaching, live calls, group sessions, community access, instructor interaction, and personalized support are not included unless Client separately enrolls in and pays for the optional Monthly Coaching Circle or another coaching offering explicitly identified by the Company.
Company is committed to providing clear, high-quality educational materials. Access may be revoked for violation of intellectual property terms, unauthorized sharing of materials, or misuse of the Site.
Academy Deliverables
Enrollment includes 12 months of access to the full Roots to Results Academy Lesson Library, including the following modules:

No coaching sessions, consulting, or interactive components are included in this tier.
Access to all Academy modules and associated materials expires 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing by the Company.
Any coaching, group calls, or live sessions referenced elsewhere are not part of the Academy-only enrollment and require separate registration and payment.
Monthly Coaching Circle – Additional Terms
Enrollment in the Roots to Results Monthly Coaching Circle is optional and requires separate registration and payment. Participation in the Monthly Coaching Circle does not extend, modify, or replace the terms of the Academy Agreement except as expressly stated below.
Scope of Coaching
The Monthly Coaching Circle includes:
One live group coaching session per month, scheduled by the Company
Group-based discussion and Q&A related to business foundations and Academy material
Access to the session recording when available
The Monthly Coaching Circle does not include:
One-on-one coaching
Personalized business consulting
Individual feedback outside of the group setting
Alternative meeting dates or additional sessions
Attendance & Recordings
Live attendance is encouraged but not guaranteed. If Client is unable to attend a scheduled session, no makeup sessions, alternate dates, or additional meetings will be provided.
Missed sessions do not extend the subscription term.
Access to Monthly Coaching Circle session recordings, when provided, is available only while Client is actively enrolled and current on payments in the Monthly Coaching Circle and serves as the sole accommodation for missed attendance.
Upon cancellation, expiration, or termination of the Monthly Coaching Circle subscription for any reason, access to all recordings is revoked, regardless of whether Client attended the live session or viewed the recording.
The Monthly Coaching Circle is held once per month on a consistent schedule determined by the Company. Dates and times are subject to change with reasonable notice. At this time, only one meeting date and time is offered per month.
Monthly Coaching Subscription Term & Payments
The Monthly Coaching Circle is offered as:
A monthly subscription, or
A pay-in-full annual option, when available
Enrollment renews according to the payment option selected at checkout unless canceled in accordance with the Company’s cancellation policy.
Failure to attend sessions does not pause, suspend, or extend the subscription term.
Relationship to Academy Access
Enrollment in the Monthly Coaching Circle does not extend Academy access beyond the original 12-month term unless expressly stated in writing by the Company.
Cancellation & Renewal – Monthly Coaching Circle
Client may cancel participation in the Monthly Coaching Circle at any time by submitting a written cancellation request to the Company prior to the next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits are provided for unused time, missed sessions, or unused recordings.
If Client cancels:
Access to live Monthly Coaching Circle sessions ends at the conclusion of the current paid period
Access to recordings provided during the active subscription period may be discontinued upon cancellation
Cancellation does not extend Academy access or reinstate expired Academy access
Failure to attend scheduled sessions does not constitute cancellation and does not pause, suspend, or extend the subscription term.
For pay-in-full annual enrollments, the Monthly Coaching Circle is non-refundable once access has been granted. Early cancellation does not result in a partial refund or credit.
Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
Because Academy-Only enrollment does not include group coaching, a community environment, or interactions with other clients, confidentiality obligations pertain solely to Company-owned materials.
Client agrees:
All Academy content—videos, workbooks, downloads, templates, frameworks, strategies, and tools—is proprietary to the Company.
Materials may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works.
Access is provided for Client’s personal business development only.
Client may not share login information or distribute any part of the Academy content.
Any violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate removal from the Academy without refund, and the Company may pursue legal remedies.
Templates & Resources
All downloadable or view-only templates, forms, checklists, and resources are provided for Client’s personal use only. Redistribution is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL WE, OUR SUBSIDIARY AND PARENT COMPANIES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, INCLUDING OUR MESSAGING, BLOGS, COMMENTS OF OTHERS, BOOKS, EMAILS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, OR THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE OR BY US IN ANY WAY, EVEN IF WE ARE ADVISED BEFOREHAND OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. (BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN CATEGORIES OF DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, OUR LIABILITY AND THE LIABILITY OF OUR SUBSIDIARY AND PARENT COMPANIES OR AFFILIATES IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SUCH STATE LAW.) YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY USER. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE, ANY MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES ON THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THE SITE'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE AND THE PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND/OR MATERIALS. THIS SITE IS CONTINUALLY UNDER DEVELOPMENT AND COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, IMPLIED OR EXPRESS, AS TO ITS ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR APPROPRIATENESS FOR ANY PURPOSE.
Cooling-Off Period
Client may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third day after the date of purchase. After that period, all sales are final. Cancellation requests must be emailed to Support@SweetHerbinLivin.com.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Upon joining the Academy, Client receives immediate access to digital materials and training. Because knowledge cannot be returned and Client retains permanent value from the material, the Company maintains a strict no-refund policy after the cooling-off period.
All sales are final after three (3) days.
Payment for Academy
Client agrees to pay the price presented at the time of enrollment. Company may offer promotional pricing, early-bird pricing, Black Friday specials, or other limited-time discounts at its discretion. These promotional pricing options may include pay-in-full and/or payment plan options.
Client may choose to:
Pay in full, or
Select a payment plan, if offered.
If Client chooses a payment plan, Client agrees to complete all scheduled payments according to the plan selected at checkout. Payment plans are a convenience and do not constitute a subscription that can be canceled mid-term.
Client agrees to provide a valid payment method and authorizes Company to process all payments according to the selected plan.
Missed payments result in:
Immediate delinquent status
Suspension of access to the Academy
Permanent revocation of access after 7 days of non-payment
Possible referral to collections after 60 days in delinquency
All enrollments are for the Academy in full. Access to the Academy is granted only while payments remain current.
Chargebacks/Credit Card Disputes
Chargebacks or disputed payments are considered a material breach of this Agreement. Company may pursue reimbursement for chargeback fees, lost revenue, and damages.
Client Responsibilities
Client is responsible for:
Having adequate technology (computer, device, internet) to access Academy content
Implementing the strategies taught
Taking personal responsibility for the results achieved through the Academy
Client understands that access to the Academy automatically expires 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Company.
Company provides educational content; results depend on Client’s effort, experience, business model, and circumstances.
Company Responsibilities
Company will:
Maintain the Academy portal and content
Provide access to all modules for 12 months
Offer reasonable technical access support (password resets, portal access issues)
As part of Academy-only enrollment, Company does not provide:
Coaching or group coaching
Personalized feedback
Business consulting
Direct messaging, email, or social media support
Community or Facebook group access
Live assistance or instructor interaction
Disclosures
No guarantees are made regarding income, results, or business performance. Client understands that results vary based on effort, implementation, market conditions, and personal circumstances.
Nondisclosure and Nonuse Obligations
Client agrees to maintain confidentiality of all Company intellectual property and not use, share, or distribute any Academy content outside of personal use.
No Professional Advice
Information inside the Academy is educational only and does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or licensed professional advice. Client is responsible for seeking professional services independently.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Georgia. Client agrees to individual arbitration only and waives the right to participate in class or consolidated actions.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing the online purchase, accessing the Academy portal, or viewing any Academy materials, Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms of this Agreement.
Client understands that enrollment in any optional coaching program is governed by separate terms in addition to this Agreement.
No physical signature is required.
