We hope you are pleased with your purchase. We understand that sometimes, things happen. Our Refund Policy is based on the type of item purchased. Please see below for details.

Digital Downloads, Online Courses, and In-Person Events

  • Digital Downloads

    1. Acceptance of Terms
    By purchasing and downloading digital products from Hovis Ventures LLC, through this site, our education platforms, or any other website, CRM, or digital app we may use in the course of our business, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not download or use the products.

    2. License Grant
    Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products for personal or professional purposes as specified.

    3. Usage Restrictions
    You may not:

    • Distribute, share, or sell the digital products.

    • Modify, alter, or create derivative works from the products.

    • Use the products for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

    4. Refund Policy
    Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product has been downloaded. If there is an issue with the download, contact us at support@sweetherbinlivin.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will send you a new link.

    5. Intellectual Property Rights
    All digital products are the intellectual property of Hovis Ventures, LLC. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

    6. Technical Support
    Please note that we do not provide technical support for downloading or accessing digital products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility and successful download.

    7. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the products constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

    8. Limitation of Liability
    Hovis Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the digital products.

    9. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Georgia.

  • Online Courses -

    • Online Certification Programs and other courses offered through Hovis Ventures, LLC priced $99 and higher are eligible for a full refund minus a 6% administrative fee within 3 days of purchase. To receive a full refund (minus fees), the purchaser cannot have completed more than 25% of the course. Program Courses include but are not limited to:

      • Certified Comprehensive Iridology - Levels I, II, and III

      • Comprehensive Iridology Refresher and Exam Prep Course

      • The Commonsense Herbalist

      • Roots to Results Coaching Program

      • Other courses/programs $99 or higher

    • Online classes/courses offered through Hovis Ventures, LLC and priced at $98 or less are eligible for a full refund minus $20 processing fee within 3 days of purchase. To receive a full refund, the purchaser cannot have completed more than 25% of the course. These classes or courses include:

      • Classes and courses $98 and under

    • Non-Attendance Policy:

      • Please note that non-attendance does not qualify for a refund.

  • In-Person Events - Due to the limited number of seats available for our in-person events, we rely on registrants to help cover the costs of the venue and other expenses. We kindly ask that you commit to attending once you register. While we aim to be as flexible as possible, please note that refunds can only be issued for cancellations if the event is fully booked and another participant fills your spot.

    • If a cancellation is made 30 days or more before the event start date and a refund is given, the refund will be for the amount paid minus a 5% administration fee.

    • If a cancellation is less than 30 days before the event start date, and if a refund is given, a refund will be made on the amount paid minus an 8% administration fee.

    • Non-Attendance Policy:

      • Please note that non-attendance does not qualify for a refund.

    • Your payment indicates your agreement with this policy.

    By enrolling in an online course or participating in an in-person educational event provided by Hovis Ventures LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or participate in these courses.

    2. Course Access
    Upon payment, you will receive access to the course materials for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Specific courses may have unique access periods, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

    3. License Grant

    5. Technical Requirements
    Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet connection to access course materials. We do not provide technical support for accessing the course.

    6. Code of Conduct
    Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally in any course discussions or forums. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course.

    7. Payment Plan and Access Policy
    For those choosing a payment plan option for online courses, workshops, or in-person events, all payments must be received in full by the first day of the class or event, unless otherwise specified in the event or course description.

    For self-paced online programs without specific start dates, payment plan participants must continue making timely payments as agreed.

    If a scheduled payment is missed, a late fee of $25 may be applied. We understand that life happens, so if you're experiencing difficulty meeting a payment deadline, contact us at support@sweetherbinlivin.com as soon as possible to discuss your options.

    If payments remain unpaid and communication is not received, access to course content will be suspended until the account is brought current. For live classes, workshops, or in-person events with specific start dates, students who have not paid in full by the first day of class will not be permitted to attend and will not receive access to any class materials.

    8. Changes to Course Content
    Hovis Ventures LLC, reserves the right to modify course content, structure, or duration as needed. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

    9. Limitation of Liability
    Hovis Ventures LLC, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the course.

    10. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Georgia.

Group and One-on-One Coaching Refund Policy

Group and One-on-One Coaching are distinct from membership subscriptions and should not be viewed as equivalent offerings.

At Holistic Business Builders, we are dedicated to providing valuable group and one-on-one coaching experiences. Please review our refund policy carefully:

Refund Eligibility:

  • Participants may request a full refund minus administrative fees within 3 days of purchase.

  • Requests for a refund must be submitted in writing to our support team at support@sweetherbinlivin.com and include your order number.

Partial Refunds:

  • In the event of unexpected emergencies (such as medical issues or family emergencies), participants may request a partial refund. Documentation of the emergency may be required.

  • Partial refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the discretion of the coach.

Non-Refundable Fees:

  • A non-refundable administrative fee of 6% of the amount paid will be deducted from any refund amount, depending on the item being refunded.

Non-Attendance Policy:

  • Please note that non-attendance does not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation Policy:

  • To cancel your participation in the coaching program, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Final Sales:

  • After the specified refund period, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

How to Request a Refund:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@sweetherbinlivin.com within the specified time frame of your purchase. Include your order number and the reason for the refund request.

“Holistic Business Builders Elite” Membership Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy

Membership subscriptions are distinct from group and one-on-one coaching programs and should not be viewed as equivalent offerings.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual members commit to a full year of access. After a 3-day cooling-off period, all sales are final. Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for the remaining term unless a documented emergency or special circumstance is reviewed and approved by the program administrator. In the event of cancellation, access to all membership benefits will end immediately.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Members may request a full refund of an annual membership subscription minus administration fees within 3 days of the initial membership purchase.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at support@sweetherbinlivin.com and include your membership details.

Partial Refunds:

  • In cases of unexpected emergencies (such as medical issues or family emergencies), members may request a partial refund. Documentation may be required to support the request.

  • Partial refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the program administrator.

Non-Refundable Fees:

  • If a refund is approved, it will be prorated based on the remaining time in the membership term, and an administrative fee of 6% or $75—whichever is greater—will be deducted from the original annual membership fee.

Month-to-Month Subscription

Refund Eligibility:

  • Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once paid.

  • If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time; however, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy:

  • To cancel your monthly membership, please contact our support team at support@sweetherbinlivin.com before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Final Sales:

  • After payment, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for prior months.

Terms and Conditions for Membership Subscriptions, Group Coaching, and One-on-One Coaching

1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to or participating in any Membership Subscription, Group Coaching, or One-on-One Coaching offered by Hovis Ventures LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or participate.

2. Membership Subscription

  • Access: Upon payment, you will receive access to the member-only content, resources, and services as outlined for your subscription level.

  • Duration: Membership access will continue on a month-to-month or annual basis, depending on your selected plan, until canceled by either party.

  • Usage Restrictions: Membership content is for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes.

3. Group Coaching

  • Participation: Group Coaching sessions are designed for collaborative learning. You agree to engage respectfully and constructively with other participants.

  • Session Format: Group sessions may be held virtually or in person, and the schedule will be provided in advance.

  • Recording: Sessions may be recorded for internal use. Participants will be notified if recordings will be shared.

4. One-on-One Coaching

  • Coaching Sessions: One-on-one coaching sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times. It is your responsibility to attend the sessions as scheduled.

  • Preparation: You are encouraged to come prepared for each session to maximize the benefits of coaching.

  • Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect within all interactions, whether in group settings or individual coaching. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

6. Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, and content provided during Membership, Group Coaching, or One-on-One Coaching are the intellectual property of Hovis Ventures LLC and are protected by copyright laws. You may not distribute or modify any materials without prior written consent.

7. Changes to Services
Hovis Ventures LLC, reserves the right to modify the structure, content, or availability of Membership, Group Coaching, and One-on-One Coaching services. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability
Hovis Ventures LLC, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in these services.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Georgia.

Printed Items

Unless otherwise specified, Hovis Ventures, LLC uses Printify for its clothing and accessory items sold through this website.

Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact them within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with the Printify team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Please note that Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer orders the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
