Terms and Conditions

In-Person Events - Due to the limited number of seats available for our in-person events, we rely on registrants to help cover the costs of the venue and other expenses. We kindly ask that you commit to attending once you register. While we aim to be as flexible as possible, please note that refunds can only be issued for cancellations if the event is fully booked and another participant fills your spot.

  • To be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy, written cancellation requests must be received at Support@SweetHerbinLivin.com no later than 14 days prior to the event start date. If a cancellation is made within this timeframe and your spot is filled by another participant, a refund will be issued for the amount paid, less a $50 administrative fee.

    Cancellations received fewer than 14 days before the event start date are not eligible for a refund, regardless of whether your spot is subsequently filled.

  • Non-Attendance Policy:

    • Please note that non-attendance does not qualify for a refund.

  • Your payment indicates your agreement with this policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling to participate in an in-person educational event provided by Hovis Ventures LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or participate in these courses.

2. Payment Plan Policy
By selecting the payment plan option for the Brilliant Health Weekend Away, you agree to complete all three scheduled payments in full, regardless of your attendance at the event. Should you need to cancel, our established Refund Policy (outlined separately) will apply, provided your cancellation is submitted within the stated timeframes.

The first payment is due at the time of enrollment, with subsequent payments automatically charged on the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur a $25 late fee. All payments must be received no later than two weeks prior to the event start date in order to secure your reservation. If full payment has not been received by that time, your reservation will be forfeited, your spot will be released, and no refund will be issued if the vacancy cannot be filled.

3. Course Access
You will receive access to the course materials and handouts provided during the Live Event. Specific courses may have unique access periods, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

4. No Recording Clause:
To protect the privacy of all participants and the integrity of our presenters’ work, recording of any kind (audio, video, or screen capture) during lectures, workshops, or group sessions is strictly prohibited.

5. License Grant
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course materials for personal and educational purposes only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Usage Restrictions
You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or sell course materials.

  • Modify, alter, or create derivative works from the course content.

  • Use the course content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Waiver Agreement Clause:
A detailed liability waiver covering the business, its staff, officers, volunteers, and affiliates will be provided to all participants prior to or at the event. By completing your registration and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and accept the terms of the waiver in full. Whether or not the waiver is physically signed or returned, your purchase and participation constitute a binding agreement to the waiver's terms.
