Flower Essence Remedies
I only share products and companies that my family and I personally use and genuinely trust for quality and integrity. Some of the links on this page are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Your support helps me continue creating free education, videos, and resources for the natural wellness community — thank you!
When it comes to natural products such as flower essences, herbs, essential oils, and supplements, I recommend brands my family and I know and trust. Many are lines we’ve used extensively and even offered through our former herb shop, so any suggestions come from real-world experience and confidence in the company’s integrity.
This page is a work in progress as I gather all of my favorite trusted sources — so check back often for updates!
The Original 38 Bach Flower Essences
The original 38 Bach Flower Remedies, developed by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930s, remain a trusted foundation for supporting emotional balance and personal growth. Each remedy is designed to address a specific emotional state, helping to gently restore harmony between mind, body, and spirit.
I share these original remedies because they’ve stood the test of time; simple, effective, and beautifully aligned with natural healing principles. Their purity and purpose continue to inspire both my own wellness journey and the guidance I offer to others.

Freedom Flowers
Freedom Flowers partners with individuals, natural health practitioners, and animal rescue organizations who value emotional well-being. Their mission is simple — to help bring freedom from emotional burdens such as trauma, fear, stress, and negativity. Each essence is crafted using both created and creative light, following a process inspired by Genesis 1, allowing the remedies to carry the vibrational frequency of the flower and the Creator’s design.
