Terms & Conditions
Enrollment in the Iridology Mentoring & Study Group requires payment in full at the time of registration.
Your enrollment includes access to six live mentoring sessions, which may be attended within four months beginning on the date of registration. Sessions are held every other Wednesday at 4:00 PM Eastern Time and are designed to provide ongoing support, discussion, case review, and practical application of iridology principles.
Participants may attend any six sessions offered during their four-month enrollment period. This flexible structure is intended to accommodate occasional scheduling conflicts and personal commitments.
Because participants have the opportunity to attend six sessions from the available sessions offered during the enrollment period, missed sessions cannot be transferred, credited, carried forward, or made up at a later date.
In the event that a regularly scheduled session must be canceled by Beth Hovis Education due to illness, emergency, scheduling conflict, or a major holiday, a replacement session may be scheduled at Beth's discretion. Participants will be notified of any schedule changes as far in advance as possible.
At the end of the four-month enrollment period, access to the mentoring group expires. Participants who wish to continue attending future sessions are welcome to re-enroll, space permitting.
To maintain the quality of the mentoring experience and reserve space for committed participants, all registrations are final and non-refundable. If a true emergency or exceptional circumstance arises, requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Beth Hovis Education's sole discretion.
Group Details: Upon registration and receipt of payment, participants will receive a confirmation email, typically within 1 to 4 business days, containing the Zoom access link, instructions for joining the mentoring group, and information about the next scheduled session. Participants are responsible for ensuring they receive and retain these communications and for contacting Beth Hovis Education if they do not receive their registration information within a reasonable timeframe. These emails are personally sent by Beth rather than generated through an automated system, so please allow adequate time for processing and response.
Eligibility & Prerequisite Training: The Iridology Mentoring & Study Group is intended for students and practitioners who have completed, or are nearing completion of, an IIPA Comprehensive Iridology training program taught by Beth Hovis or another IIPA-trained Comprehensive Iridology instructor. This mentoring group is designed to supplement and reinforce foundational training through continued discussion, case review, practical application, and mentorship. It is not intended to serve as an introductory iridology course or a substitute for Comprehensive Iridology training.
Enrollment is subject to review and approval. Beth Hovis Education reserves the right to determine whether a participant possesses sufficient foundational training to benefit from the mentoring group. If, after enrollment, it is determined that the prerequisite training has not been met, the participant may elect to apply their payment toward enrollment in Beth's Comprehensive Iridology course or receive a refund less a $12 administrative and payment processing fee.
Educational Purpose: The Iridology Mentoring & Study Group is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Participants are responsible for the application of information discussed during mentoring sessions and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and scope-of-practice requirements in their location.
By registering, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
