Sometimes it helps to have someone look at the whole picture. My comprehensive wellness consultations provide individualized time to explore your health concerns, patterns, and goals using the natural health approaches most appropriate for you.
A Whole-Person Approach to Natural Health
No two people come to a consultation with the same history, concerns, or goals. Your health history, what you're experiencing now, and what you'd most like help understanding all help shape our time together.
For new clients, Iridology provides the foundation for our consultation. By looking at the patterns and characteristics of the iris, we gain insight into areas of constitutional strength and potential weakness, and a starting point for understanding the whole person.
Your consultation also includes AO Scan technology, with additional tools such as Total Body Analysis (TBA), nutritional and lifestyle considerations, herbs, and other natural wellness approaches incorporated based on your individual needs and concerns.
Together, we'll look at what the information may be showing us and discuss practical ways you can support your health, with recommendations tailored to your individual needs.

Initial Comprehensive Wellness Consultation
Your first consultation gives us time to explore your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals. Iridology provides the foundation for our work together, with additional natural health approaches incorporated as appropriate.

Established Client Wellness Consultation
For returning clients who have previously completed an initial consultation. We'll review your progress, discuss changes or new concerns, revisit previous recommendations, and determine where additional support may be helpful.

What to Expect
Before Your Consultation
New clients will complete an online health intake and receive instructions for submitting iris photographs before the appointment. This gives me an opportunity to review your information ahead of our time together.
Established clients do not need to complete a new intake form. Before your appointment, you'll be asked to share any significant changes in your health, medications or supplements, your most pressing current concerns, and anything you'd particularly like us to focus on during our time together. If I need additional information or updated materials before we meet, I'll let you know.
During Your Consultation
We'll discuss your health history, current concerns, and what you're hoping to better understand.
We'll review your Iridology findings and run three AO Scans: Vitals, Body Systems, and Inner Voice. We'll use that information, along with other natural health approaches as appropriate, to help guide our discussion and your individualized recommendations.
After Your Consultation
You may receive some suggestions during our consultation, while others may require additional review after we meet. I may take time to review your AO Scan reports and other information from your consultation before finalizing my recommendations. When additional review is needed, I’ll send you a follow-up report with my findings and suggestions.
When you're ready to review your progress, address new concerns, or take another look at what may have changed, you can schedule an Established Client Wellness Consultation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Your payment will be applied to your rescheduled appointment with no penalty.
If you need to cancel your appointment, cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be refunded upon request, less any nonrefundable payment-processing fees.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment and missed appointments are nonrefundable. In the event of an emergency or other extenuating circumstance, your payment may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment at my discretion.
If I need to cancel your appointment and we are unable to find a suitable time to reschedule, you may choose to receive a full refund.
