Your Energy and Stamina Revealed in your Irises

Let’s delve into the fascinating connection between your eyes and your energy.

From revealing our emotions to conveying our intentions, our eyes are powerful communicators. Our irises, the color parts of our eyes, reveal our ability to overcome physical issues, show our energy patterns, and our resiliency to overcome health challenges. My YouTube Video link is below!

What is iridology? Iridology is the study of the irises to understand our potential health issues! As a natural health instructor, I use iridology to help my clients, family, friends, and students understand what their eyes reveal about their potential health issues. You too can use the iris signs in your irises to help you make the best health choices for YOU!

The density of the fibers in our irises and the lack of separation or the amount of separation tell us our inherent ability to bounce back and respond to health challenges. In iridology, we categorize different levels of resiliency as Very Resilient, Resilient, Moderately Resilient, or Mildly Resilient.

A Strong Constitution

When the fibers are tight and close together, the constitution is strong.

A person with a strong constitution will have iris fibers that are tight and smooth like silk or cotton.  These will have a resilient or very resilient constitution.

  • The closer the fibers the greater the resilience of the body to hold nutrients and overcome disease.

A person with a mild constitution will have fibers that are loose and open, sometimes with irregular openings in the fibers. These will have a moderately or mildly resilient constitution.

A moderate constitution

When the fibers of the iris have openings in the structure, the constitution is moderate to mild depending on how many openings are in the fibers of the iris.

  • The more the fibers are spread apart, the less the resilience of the body to hold nutrients and overcome disease.

The Stronger the Constitution, the greater the ability the body has to store nutrients, carry away waste, and carry on with life-giving cellular activities.

  • Lesson to Learn – Don’t ignore health issues.  If health issues are ignored, this person can be rapidly burned out and compromise their health.

  • Eliminate stimulants, including caffeine, especially coffee, sugar, sodas, junk food, and cigarettes. Alcohol should be avoided as well.

  • Include foods that are nurturing, such as green smoothies.

  • Support the nervous system by eating foods high in the B vitamin group, such as whole grains, legumes, and brewer’s yeast.  Also, be sure minerals are being absorbed and utilized.  If supplementation is needed, a good liquid trace mineral complex can be helpful.

  • Deep breathing, massages, and relaxing exercises are helpful. Listen to relaxing soothing music.  Go for slow walks in nature.

  • Use essential oils to alleviate stress and help with sleep. Consider the Flower Essences Oak and Olive to help with endurance and energy, and Centaury to help say “no” to all the demands and requests from others and oneself.

The milder the constitution, the less ability the body has to maintain nutrient levels, metabolic processes are slower, and toxic accumulations are more likely.

  • Lesson to Learn – Take the time and rest needed. If health issues are addressed, this person can have good health and a long life.

  • The glands need foods that target their support, including soaked nuts and seeds (similar actions as the glands of the plants and feed the glands of the body), legumes, sea vegetables high in iodine, bee pollen, royal jelly, blue-green algae, and chlorella.

  • Eliminate refined sugar and processed foods.

  • Keep blood sugar levels from dipping too low by eating several small, healthy meals throughout the day.  Include a balance of clean proteins such as fish, chicken, or beef along with plenty of vegetable servings – sauteed, baked, roasted, or steamed – and salads.

  • Gentle Bowel Cleanses.

  • Digestive enzymes.

  • Herbs such as

    • Kelp, Bladderwrack, or Dulse to support the Thyroid.

    • Psyllium and Slippery Elm to help keep bowels regular.

    • Chromium helps with blood sugar regulation.  Bitter Melon and Gymnema can help balance blood sugar levels and help control “sweet tooth” cravings.

    • Support the adrenals with herbs such as Siberian Ginseng, Gotu Kola, and Licorice.

    • Gotu Kola, Oat straw, Horsetail, and Glucosamine to help joints and support tissues.

Your eyes reveal the health and lifestyle choices that best support you individually. Those trained in iridology can help you understand these signs and markings so you can make targeted decisions about your health.
