DIY - Essential Oil Shower Gel

Using the essential oils you already love to make DIY bath and body products is fun and rewarding.
I wanted to create “His and Her” shower gels; one for Mr. Sweet and one for me but using the same basic recipe. After blending the base ingredients, I then added the essential oils we chose during our Sniff Test in this video. We each get the uplifting and soothing shower gel that we love.
Make your own shower gel by gathering your empty shower gel bottles and your soapmaking ingredients including Castile soap, glycerin, Vitamin E oil, raw local honey, and the essential oils of your choice.
The essential oil blend we choose for Mr. Sweet’s Shower Gel included:
5 drops - Lemongrass
5 drops - Peppermint
8 drops- Ravintsara
12 drops – Sandalwood
4 drops – Copaiba
10 drops – Cedarwood
Despite loving Blue Tansy and really wanting to include it in my blend, I fell in love with a very simple combination of orange and frankincense blended together. Mrs. Sweet’s Shower Gel:
15 drops - Frankincense
15 drops - Orange
