Rebekah used

  • Cedarwood

  • Lavender

  • Roman Chamomile

  • Orange (for a mood boost)

  • Fractionated Coconut Oil (FCO) as her carrier oil. Can also use V-6 Carrier Oil.

  • Count your drops

  • Start by dropping your choice of essential oils into the applicator bottle.

  • After you drop your essential oils into the carrier/applicator bottle, fill the bottle with your choice of carrier oil.

  • If using a roller top applicator - snap the roller top snuggly back into the bottle.

ENJOY!

Please do not use peppermint oil on children 3 years old or younger. Also if you choose eucalyptus oil for any of your oil blends, do not use it around the face and chest of children 10 years old or younger. Please be aware that essential oils are beautiful, wonderful oils, but they do need to be properly diluted in a carrier oil for topical use as some oils can irritate the skin if applied directly.
