Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) & POTS – People with connective tissue disorders often experience dysautonomia — a disrupted balance between sympathetic (fight/flight) and parasympathetic (rest/restore) systems. That imbalance can lead to dizziness, heart palpitations, fatigue, and digestive issues — all linked to vagal regulation.
